  • I recently found this screen grab that Doug Pray took of his Final Cut Pro project timeline after finishing editing Big Rig, the documentary he directed about long-haul truck drivers. Doug Pray, producer Brad Blondheim, and I drove and hitch-hiked over 25,000 miles through 45 states to shoot the movie in 2005. The movie played at SXSW, AFI Silverdocs, Seattle, and a handful of other festivals. This photo represents 6 months of editing.
